Please note that the JPI Customer Portal is part of a suite of internet-based applications located at both www.justpackaging.com AND jpi.merganser.us that use certain ports to access information. These outbound ports must be accessible from your browser. While uncommon, your IT department may have elected to block one or both of these ports as an added security measure. If you are encountering messages that indicate certain pages are not available, please check with your IT department to confirm that outbound ports 8080 and 8443 are accessible to you from your browser and request that they be opened for www.justpackaging.com AND jpi.merganser.us if they are not.
